A MESSAGE FROM PORCHLIGHT HOMES

As we continue to prioritize the health and wellbeing of our extended Porchlight family and the entire community, we have implemented the following policies for each of our communities.

Sales Office Operations

Each of our model homes is open for viewing by appointment only. During model home visits, or any scheduled in-person meetings, we will practice social distancing and follow all relevant state and federal safety guidelines. In addition, our models are being regularly cleaned and sanitized. With handcrafted details and the personal touch of family, it’s easy to envision yourself living in one of our craft communities and we want you to experience it in person. While model home tours may be a little different right now, your safety is our top priority.

 

Warranty Department

Beginning Monday, May 4, Porchlight Homes will be contacting homeowners to schedule customer service appointments in regards to the service requests that we have received during the past several weeks. If a homeowner is not comfortable scheduling an appointment, we will hold their service request and follow up at a later date. During all appointments, we will actively practice and encourage social distancing and follow all COVID-19 safety guidelines.

We will continue to receive and evaluate any new warranty service requests and will respond quickly to any service items that may require immediate attention. As always, we are available by email or phone to discuss any service questions or concerns that you may have. Our goal is to safely serve and protect our communities, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these changes.

It is our hope that by taking these measures now, we can minimize the impact of COVID-19 on our friends, families and communities. We are here to help if you have any questions or concerns, and we look forward to building you a safe and beautiful place to call home.
