We compiled our favorite family things to do in Phoenix this holiday season. Check out the list below.

Phoenix

Holiday Cheer at the Wigwam

The Wigwam hosts many holiday activities for the whole family. On Saturdays and select Sundays in December, kids can have breakfast with Santa and enjoy a fun holiday craft. Other activities include Holiday Nights in Lights, elf stocking deliveries, fireside s’mores, and Christmas dining.

Las Noches de las Luminarias

Las Noches de las Luminarias at Desert Botanical Garden is an enriching and festive entertainment experience. Sip on hot cocoa as you walk the grounds lit by more than 8,000 hand-lit luminaria bags, twinkle lights, and vibrant desert landscape. The event features music, storytelling, and other entertainment ensembles. Tickets are required and you can purchase them online.

Electric Light Parade

A Phoenix tradition, the APS Electric Light Parade is a fun family activity to celebrate the holiday season. Watch the floats, bands, and other local participants walk the streets in their festive attire.

Zoo Lights

If your kids love the zoo then they’ll love seeing it lit up by millions of holiday lights. Celebrate the holidays with the animals as you walk around the grounds and sneak a peek at what it’s like after dark.

Giving Machine

Teach your kids how to care for each other during the holiday season. Located in the Water Tower Plaza in Old Town Gilbert, the Giving Machine is one of five around the world. You can participate in the #LightTheWorld campaign by purchasing an item from the machine that gives back to many different charities and causes.
